Fulfillment Policies

Service Delivery: Our team begins work on a project promptly after a service agreement is finalized. Before a contract is signed, we provide a start date and estimates for how long the project will take. We are committed to ongoing communication with our clients and provide regular updates on the progress of the project, including information on the time already spent, the estimated time remaining, and any changes to the timeline based on customer feedback and desired outcomes. Development timelines vary depending on the project's scope and requirements, and will be outlined in the service agreement.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for services already delivered. If a company or individual chooses to prepay for services and subsequently cancels the contract prior to project completion, they will be refunded for the portion of services not rendered. For instance, if a client prepays for 100 hours of work and cancels after completion of 80 hours, they will receive a refund for the remaining 20 hours. We encourage clients to review project drafts and provide feedback throughout the development process to ensure satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in their individual contract. The required notice period is specified in each customer contract. Clients will be billed for services rendered up to the point of cancellation. No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered.

Dispute Resolution: We are committed to providing high-quality service and welcome client feedback to address any concerns. Our contract includes specific terms for dispute resolution, and we encourage clients to refer to their contract for detailed information.
